Unity 5k
Community run/walk celebrating Pride and inclusion around Woodland Lake with post-race lunch
The Unity 5K is more than a race — it’s a celebration of pride, inclusion, and the power of community. Bringing together runners, walkers, families, allies, and advocates from all backgrounds, this event honors the strength found in diversity and the connections that unite us all.
Every step taken during the Unity 5K represents visibility, acceptance, and hope for a future where everyone can live openly and authentically. Whether you’re racing for equality, supporting loved ones, or simply showing up in solidarity, your presence helps create a world built on compassion, respect, and pride.
Join us as we move forward together — louder, stronger, and united with every mile.
Trek up to the cool pines and join us for our first annual Unity 5k! This run/walk is a fun event to celebrate Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in our community. The event will be hosted at the Woodland Lake Park East side pavilion and will follow Turkey Track loop trail down to Walnut Creek. Lunch will be provided at the pavilion following the race. Help support our community center's LGBTQ+ programs and run for a brighter future for our community.
