Delete your account

1. 1. Sign in to your Oazis account, in the app or on oazis.app.
2. 2. Come back to this page: oazis.app/suppression-compte.
3. 3. Tap « Delete my account », then confirm. It's immediate and permanent.

Can't sign in any more? Email me at [email protected] from your account's email address: I'll delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email.

• 👤 Your account: email, first name, password, Google sign-in.
• ❤️ Your favourites: events, venues, artists, highlights and themes.
• 🎯 Your taste profile and your pinned shortcuts bar.
• ✉️ Your digest subscription, your sending preferences and the log of emails sent.
• 📍 Your home city and your children's ages, if you set them.
• 📱 Data kept on your device (offline favourites, preferences, notifications) is erased at the same time.

Nothing that could re-identify you is kept beyond these periods:

• 📊 Anonymised usage statistics, unlinked from your account: kept with no time limit, but impossible to trace back to you.
• 🧾 Technical server logs and email delivery logs: 30 days maximum, then erased automatically.
• 💾 Encrypted database backups: purged within 30 days maximum.
• ⚖️ Nothing else. No data is kept for commercial reasons, and nothing is ever sold or shared.

From this page, deletion is immediate: your account and its data are erased the moment you confirm. An email request is handled within 30 days maximum. A deleted account cannot be restored.
