What's deleted, right away
- π€ Your account: email, first name, password, Google sign-in.
- β€οΈ Your favourites: events, venues, artists, highlights and themes.
- π― Your taste profile and your pinned shortcuts bar.
- βοΈ Your digest subscription, your sending preferences and the log of emails sent.
- π Your home city and your children's ages, if you set them.
- π± Data kept on your device (offline favourites, preferences, notifications) is erased at the same time.
What's kept, and for how long
Nothing that could re-identify you is kept beyond these periods:
- π Anonymised usage statistics, unlinked from your account: kept with no time limit, but impossible to trace back to you.
- π§Ύ Technical server logs and email delivery logs: 30 days maximum, then erased automatically.
- πΎ Encrypted database backups: purged within 30 days maximum.
- βοΈ Nothing else. No data is kept for commercial reasons, and nothing is ever sold or shared.
How long it takes
From this page, deletion is immediate: your account and its data are erased the moment you confirm. An email request is handled within 30 days maximum. A deleted account cannot be restored.
Who handles this
Oazis is a personal project published by Nicolas Berthozat, also the controller of your data. A question before you delete?
