The app isn't showing any events: Pick a city or allow location on the welcome screen, or tap “All events” to browse the catalogue without a location. If the screen stays empty, email me — I look into it the same day.
An event is wrong, cancelled or duplicated: Email me the link to the event page: I fix it or take it down, usually the same day.
Account or sign-in problem: Sign-up is by email: you get a code to type into the app. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then write to me and I'll unblock the account by hand.
Delete my account and my data: One email is enough: I delete the account and everything attached to it, no questions asked, no waiting period.

A question that isn't here? Write to [email protected] — I answer everyone, usually within 24 hours.
