The Ruby Sip
A guided evening tasting six distinct red wine styles, from velvety pours to bold oaked expressions.
The Ruby Sip is a guided, hands-on exploration of six distinct red wine styles, moving from soft and velvety pours to big, bold, and beautifully oaked expressions. Designed for curious drinkers who want to have fun while learning, this evening event breaks down what makes each red unique — from grape variety and tannin structure to aroma profiles and aging techniques.
Participants taste their way through a curated progression of reds, discovering how texture, fruit intensity, and oak influence shape the personality of each wine. Along the way, you'll build practical tasting skills, compare styles side by side, and learn how to describe what you're experiencing with confidence.
It's immersive, approachable, and a little indulgent — a ruby‑hued journey that turns every sip into a discovery.
