The Practice is a movement experience designed to help us care for our bodies well, as an act of worship.
Through fitness, dance, music, and community, we'll spend class moving with intention, building strength, breaking a sweat, and having a good time doing it!
No dance experience is required. Whether you're a seasoned dancer, a gym regular, or someone who simply wants a more enjoyable way to move your body, you're welcome here.
Come ready to move, have fun, and put in some work!
