One-day drama workshop for young people (10+) using Greek myths and museum artefacts, concluding with a short sharing for family.

Finding Prometheus is an exploration of dramatic devising techniques and performance skills for young people using Greek mythology as a springboard to foster imagination, creativity and confidence.

The one-day workshop is proudly supported by Chau Chak Wing Museum at the University of Sydney and will be facilitated by Phaedra Nicolaidis & Sean Hall for young people aged 10+ years .

The workshop will introduce the ancient Greek stories of Prometheus and, through drama and ancient artefacts from the museum's collection, illuminate their universal relevance to today's society.

We aim to give young people a chance to rediscover the foundation of Greek culture through storytelling and theatre practice.

This one-day skills-based interactive theatre workshop for young people will conclude with a showing of the Finding Prometheus devised work at the end of the day for friends and family.
