Task

Method

Best teaching practices are employed. They include discovery sessions, learning exercises, knowledge checks, and a rigorous reduction of human phenomena and core concepts. The vector subscribes to the teaching methods ordained by the US Army Common Faculty Development - Instructor Course (CFD-IC) . The CFD-IC is an integration of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC), and Faculty Development Program Phase 1 (FDP1).

It is the " gold standard " of adult learning. Dr. Trujillo received his 108-hour CFD-IC certification in 2019.
