40 Orbits

At its core this is an event about community. A space built on love, respect, freedom of expression, and a shared appreciation for underground tunes. A place where strangers become familiar faces, individuality is celebrated, and the dancefloor belongs to everyone. Come as you are. Dance like nobody’s watching. Look out for one another. Turquoise Drive Is a Sacramento Dj that brings deep, groove driven, and at times left field underground house and techno, with an appreciation for musical history, hypnotic rhythms, and unexpected moments of soul. Prepare for a steady pulse built for a room that likes to move without losing control. Joining him are 93FM & Garrison the minds behind the Sacramento based collective Call & Response, a project focused on bringing underground and left of center sounds to Sacramento. Not defined by genre, they strive to deliver high quality dance music in whatever form it comes. Steady, warm and quietly bold, both djs find the space between subtle funk and late night introspection. Shaping a sound that’s less about the drop and more about the feeling that lingers after. Kicking off the evening is Ray.One.Way, celebrating his 40th birthday with a selection of deep blends, rolling grooves, minimal house and warm textures.
