Semibreve

Portuguese electronic music and digital art festival Semibreve returns for its 16th edition from 22–25 October 2026, taking place across the historic city of Braga. Over the past fifteen years, Semibreve has established itself as one of Europe’s most distinctive platforms for experimental music and digital art. Its reputation rests on a clear and consistent curatorial approach, one that privileges artistic depth, collaboration and quality over scale.

The programme brings together sound, image and technology in ways that feel deliberate and cohesive, offering both artists and audiences the time and space to engage with multidisciplinary experiences in meaningful and unconventional ways.

Venue: Theatro Circo, Sala in central Braga hosting theatre cinema and performance; the space has an intimate formal atmosphere suitable for premieres, seasons and cultural art projects.
