Zoom 101 for Beginners
Two-hour hands-on workshop at MLK Library teaching adults how to join, host, and schedule Zoom meetings
In this 2-hour workshop, you will be introduced to how to use video conferencing platforms such as Zoom. Attendees will explore basic features for attending and hosting meetings. A primary objective of the workshop is for you to increase confidence to engage in online meetings.
In this workshop you will learn how to:
• Identify how to join a meeting from an invitation.
• Create a personal Zoom account.
• Recognize common participant features.
• Schedule a Zoom meeting.
• Use tips for hosting meetings.

Seats are limited to 16 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive a half-hour early to sign in for a seat at one of the 16 workstations.
