National Rotary Youth Exchange conference in Fremantle with workshops, keynotes and a gala dinner celebrating 100 years of Rotary in WA
Rotary Youth Exchange Australia’s Annual Conference 2026 will be held from 23–25 October at the historic Esplanade Hotel Fremantle, 46–54 Marine Terrace, Fremantle, Western Australia. Established in 1850, the Esplanade Hotel is one of WA’s most iconic landmarks, combining heritage charm with modern comfort. Its central location places guests within easy walking distance of Fremantle’s vibrant waterfront, markets, galleries, cafés, and cultural attractions—an ideal setting to connect, learn, and celebrate.
The 2026 Conference carries special significance as Western Australia celebrates 100 years of Rotary. Delegates will have the opportunity to honour this milestone while participating in workshops, keynote sessions, and networking with RYE volunteers, coordinators, and leaders from across Australia. The venue offers excellent accommodation, versatile conference spaces, and convenient access for interstate and international attendees.
The weekend will begin with an optional Rottnest Island trip on Friday 23 October, followed by a relaxed dinner at Kailis Fishmarket Café. The formal conference program will commence on Saturday morning (24 October) and conclude at lunchtime on Sunday (25 October). A highlight of the weekend will be the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening, promising another enjoyable night of celebration and connection.
