Midlife Magic is an intimate 4-night transformational retreat for women in their 40s and 50s who are ready to stop going through the motions and start living on their own terms. Set in a centuries-old Andalusian cortijo surrounded by olive groves outside Antequera, Spain — this is not a holiday and not a typical wellness weekend. It is a carefully held space where real change happens. With a maximum of 6 women, every participant receives deep attention, genuine connection and the room to do work that actually moves the needle.
