Are You a Librarian? is a powerful and timely documentary that honors the voices, impact, and lived experiences of Black librarians across the country. Through compelling interviews and authentic storytelling, the film highlights the resilience, passion, and purpose that define these leaders and their work within our communities.

Screenings of the film are paired with facilitated talk-back sessions, creating space for meaningful dialogue with filmmakers, librarians, and community voices. These conversations explore the evolving role of libraries, the importance of representation, and the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the field.
