Weekly 1-hour inclusive yoga class with chair modifications for all levels at Cliff Noble Community Centre
This 1 hour accessible yoga class is suitable for all levels.
Increase your strength and flexibility and release stress.
Movements are modified to do on a chair or on the yoga mat on the floor.
No experience necessary. All welcome!

The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computer use, photocopier/scanner, wifi, table tennis, tea, coffee and biscuits. There are also many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups and gentle exercise.
