Space Hamlet
Shakespeare's tragedy blasted into orbit as a glam rock puppet comedy with Norse gods, aliens and a Bowie-inspired score.
It's Shakespeare. In space. With Norse hammers. And Muppet-like aliens running amok.
The Bard's tragedy gets blasted into orbit, transformed into a cosmic Glam rock comedy featuring norse gods, gladiator pits, space misfits and a golden robot.
Containing adult language, puppet violence and at least one song that Shakespeare definitely didn't write, it is the ultimate treat for fans of Operation Mincemeat, Avenue Q and Forbidden Planet.
"Everyone still dies, but there are a lot more laughs along the way" – Cultivated UK
"This brand new musical sets to catapult you into the stratosphere (with some amazing puppetry)!" - Rhombus Rota
Along with a cast of eight actors, the show features an eclectic array of puppets playing aliens, monsters, courtiers and Norse god. The London premier follows a sold-out run produced by Open Door Theatre in Norwich 2025.
Featuring an original Bowie-inspired glam rock score by Dan Sturman and R.C. Staab.
