#HackTN26 Hackathon

Hackathons International has partnered with Oracle to run a Hackathon at Vanderbilt University (VandyHacks) on Saturday to Sunday, October 17-18, 2026 to activate the local tech ecosystem and build solutions for Tennessee. This is an opportunity to test ideas, refine your skillsets, and showcase your expertise!

If you are an innovator, changemaker, problem solver, software development engineer, creative, professional, student, anyone new or looking to relocate to Nashville, come to this event to co-create a technology solution that will change the world! #HackTN is an opportunity for you to:

• Connect with the local tech ecosystem, including 10 Nashville-based communities

• Learn and develop skills in business and technology, particularly with the use of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - you must register before Monday October 12th to receive $500 credits on the Oracle platform for the hackathon

• Understand Oracle's business and workforce development plans through their workshops and panels

• Use a hackathon framework to solve problems around pressing issues around sustainability and be inspired to make a difference

• Access to venue and parking (first come, first served)

• Meals including Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch

• Mentoring session with esteemed subject matter experts, and exposure to executives who will be judges

• Connections into the Tennessee tech ecosystem, including advisors and educational resources

There will be mentors and judges, including executives from Oracle . They will be awarding the winning team/s a prize pool of $2,000 USD.

We are hosting the event at Vanderbilt University and want to thank VandyHacks for helping provide the space.
