Textile Memory Scroll
Hands-on textile workshop creating an experimental memory scroll using repurposed fabrics and mixed techniques, lunch included.
Imaginative abstract design based on personal experiences and the Cornish environment.
Using repurposed textiles and multimedia techniques to produce a story/memory scroll. Participants will be exploring techniques of stretching, dipping, painting, cutting, ripping, folding, and stitching.
This workshop is to inspire you to explore a more experimental, fearless approach to image-making and recording one's experiences of life and the environment.
This workshop includes lunch in the lovely National Trust-run Crofters Cafe. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements we need to be aware of. Whilst we do our best, we can't guarantee that any other dishes are totally allergen-free.
