Future Artisans of Bending (FAB) is a hands-on workshop designed to sharpen conduit bending and fabrication skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Hosted at the Los Angeles Electrical Training Institute (LAETI), FAB offers the opportunity to practice, refine, and improve essential electrical skills - without the commitment of a 40-hour investment.

Each month, on the 3rd Saturday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM , FAB provides hands-on training led by experienced industry professionals in a collaborative learning space. Whether you're new to bending or looking to fine-tune your precision, FAB offers guided training, expert mentorship, and the freedom to work at your own pace.

What to Expect at FAB Expert-Led Training: Learn techniques from journey-level electricians Hands-On Practice: Work with real materials in live fabrication exercises No Pressure, Just Progress: Improve your skills at your own pace in a supportive setting No Cost, Just RSVP: Materials are provided free of charge - RSVP in advance so we can prepare enough for everyone What You'll Need Required PPE: Safety glasses, gloves, work boots, and appropriate work attire Tools: Bring a pencil and a scientific calculator Lunch: Food is not provided - bring your own or take a break in the Milwaukee Breakroom FAB is more than just a workshop - it's a space to learn, connect, and grow while refining essential electrical skills.
