Moira Buffini’s Dinner — a razor‑sharp, darkly comic play staged by Sharnbrook Mill Theatre.
An evening of fine dining descends into chaos in Moira Buffini’s razor-sharp satire Dinner that will be dished up by the multi-award winning Sharnbrook Mill Theatre from 15 - 19 September.
As the mysterious hostess not only serves up delicious food, she will also throw in a seasoning of scathing comments. Secrets simmer and the tension boils as the food is eaten over four delectable courses.
Wickedly funny, unsettling, and deliciously provocative, Dinner invites you to a night where manners are abandoned and survival is on the menu.
Director Zandra Saxby says “this show is full of sarcastic humour, it’s cutting, clever and tasty. Like all good plays it’s full of wit, revelations, sharp dialogue and of course a twist.”
The characters are brought to life by Tracey Chatterley, David Mander, Tim Wyatt, Marie de Greeve, Annette Codrington, Chris Uff and Tom Carter.
A feast of a show that will leave you wanting a second helping!
