An evening of crystals, guided meditation, chakra balancing and sound healing with crystal bowls and gongs to release tension.
A beautiful evening designed to help you slow down, soften and let go .
Combining gentle stretching, guided meditation, chakra balancing and sound healing with crystal bowls, gongs, rainsticks and chimes, this session creates space to release what you've been carrying and deeply rest.
Release what feels heavy. Restore what feels depleted. Leave feeling lighter. 🤍🎶
Please bring a mat, eye mask, pillow, water & whatever else you need to be comfy.
