Two-hour hands-on workshop teaching self-massage, breathwork and mobility drills with therapy balls to improve movement and recovery.

A 2-hour hands-on workshop using self-massage, breathwork & mobility drills to help you understand your body and move with more freedom.

This is something I've been thinking about for a while now.

How can we take something as simple as a therapy ball, a common myofascial tool, and use it more effectively to help keep our bodies strong, resilient, and moving well?

Rather than relying on treatment only when something starts to hurt, how can we build better tools for maintaining our bodies between sessions?

Well, here it is.

Introducing the Mobility Masterclass Workshop

This two-hour workshop is about learning how to use therapy balls, breathwork, self-massage, and active mobility to better understand your body and take a more active role in your own movement and recovery.

We'll explore common areas of restriction, look at why they may be happening, and learn practical techniques you can take with you long after the workshop is over.

The goal isn't simply to stretch more.

It's to become better at moving. THE WORKSHOP Breath + Nervous System Use breath and movement to create a better foundation for mobility work and become more aware of how you're holding tension. Upper Body Explore the neck, shoulders, chest and upper back using targeted self-massage and mobility techniques. Lower Body Work from the ground up through the feet, hips and thighs and explore how these areas influence the way you move.

Active Mobility Turn your new range of motion into usable movement with active drills that help you control the positions you're working toward. TAKE THE TOOLS HOME Your ticket includes your own set of therapy balls to keep .

You'll learn how to use them effectively and leave with practical techniques you can continue using at home.

The goal isn't simply to feel better for two hours.

It's to leave with a better understanding of your body — and the tools to keep working on it. WHAT YOU'LL TAKE AWAY A better understanding of your own movement restrictions Practical self-massage techniques Your own therapy balls to continue the work at home Mobility drills you can incorporate into your training A better framework for working on your body between treatments EVENT DETAILS Duration: 2 hours Level: All levels welcome Early Bird: $85 until September 12 Regular Price: $95

What to bring: Yoga mat + comfortable athletic clothing

All other therapy balls and MFR tools are provided.

Come ready to move, explore and learn.

The goal isn't to become better at stretching. It's to become better at moving.
