The Maple Sugaring program introduces your audience to the fascinating process of turning clear tree sap into sweet Ohio maple syrup. Taught by our Founder, who started making maple syrup almost 30 years ago, this program shares an insider's look at the tools, techniques, and traditions behind this wintertime craft.

We'll share the history and lore of syrup-making, the science behind the sap flow, and the steps it takes to make this local sweet treat. The program is highly visual, making the transformation easy to understand. Participants get to sample both maple tree sap and pure Ohio maple syrup. Yum!
