Veteran-turned-comedian Jay Saunders turns trauma and recovery into sharp, honest stand-up.
How do you rediscover pleasure after 23 years of military service, medical discharge and complex PTSD? Obviously, you make things worse by becoming a stand-up comedian.
Jay turns trauma into titters, pain into performance, self-loathing into laughter. With honesty and sharp humour, he explores mental health, recovery and the absurdity of healing while holding a microphone.
