Gentle yoga and meditation with Karlee Imogen, a chat with Stoke Wines, then a mindful curated feast at Yonder Aldinga.
Come gather for a 3 hour Flow + Feast integration at Yonder; Aldinga's newest favourite eatery.
We begin on the mat with a gentle yoga + meditation guided by Karlee Imogen to reconnect you inwards.
Special guest Duggie from Stoke Wines will join us for an insightful chat.
Then we come together around the table to mindfully feast on a beautifully curated meal by Yonder's chefs, including a glass of the Yonder x Stoke wine.
