The Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) is a simple, parent-friendly developmental screening tool that looks at important areas of your child's growth and development. It only takes 20-30 minutes to complete! Our team scores the questionnaire and review the results with you. Check in on your child's developmental milestones.
