After nearly a year off, Current State returns with one of our most special lineups yet, assembling experimental selectors and leftfield music makers from different corners of Detroit's music community. They all unite at Current State's home base, the lovely High Dive, to present their own unique take on the event's call for patient, minimal, and cosmic sounds from beyond.
Enhancing the energy, wvman will be on site providing special visuals throughout the evening. - No cover - Music at 8PM - We encourage patrons to enter with intention, listen deep, and take louder conversations to the outside patio. Autumn has always been a special season for us. Summer ends a cycle and a new journey begins. The air becomes crisp, darkness falls earlier, and we begin preparations for the Winter on the horizon.
