An original comedy about seven Prague characters navigating identity, love and the compromises of adulthood.
"An original comedy about people in contemporary Prague who, at various stages of their lives, are trying to figure out who they are, what they really want, and whether they've fulfilled their dreams. With humor, raw honesty, and a sense of perspective, the film reflects on intergenerational relationships, identity crises, and the pressures of a consumerist era, while delivering a series of unexpected twists.
Prague is a city of seven bridges that connect both riverbanks and human destinies. It is a vibrant place where you are surrounded by people, and yet it is possible to feel painfully alone there. The lives of seven characters—Martin, Kamila, Dan, Romana, Karel, Marek, and Emma—intersect within its rhythm.
Each of them is at a different stage of life, each carries their own ideas about happiness, love, and fulfillment—and gradually discovers how far these ideas have diverged from reality.
The mosaic-like narrative follows their encounters and partings, intimate moments, and pivotal decisions. Relationships form, fall apart, and are redefined. Prague serves as both the backdrop and an active force in their inner transformations. With subtle irony and observational humor, the film explores what remains of our dreams when we are forced to face the compromises of adulthood—and whether it is still possible to change course."
