A cosy community afternoon of making, sharing and feasting together, with a seasonal swap shop and a film to round off the day.

As the nights start to draw in and we move towards winter join us on the afternoon of Sunday 15th November for a Winter Feast.
A chance to come together, share food, conversation and wintery themed activities.
There will be making, food prepping, food sharing, eating together and the chance to cosy up and watch a film at the end of the day.
Drop in for an hour or stay all afternoon.
We'll be sharing more details over the coming weeks so watch this space.
To help you plan your day, here's the rough timings:
12pm-2pm: Making & Sharing 2pm-4pm: Feasting 4pm-5.30pm: Film Screening

There are loads of different ways to get involved with bringing the afternoon to life and making it as handmade & homegrown as possible.
Seasonal One Pot: The amazing team at Thrive Mind Village will be helping us cook up a seasonal one pot to share together as part of the feast using local, homegrown produce.
Do you have any locally grown ingredients you could bring along and add into the pot? Or add could you bring something exta to create a bit of a fuddle?
Seasonal Swap Shop: Do you have something handmade, homegrown or pre-loved you could share as part of the seasonal swap shop? Turn up with a jar of your nan's chutney and leave with some local honey. Bring some left over balls of wool and leave with some a cabbage. Dig out that cosy hat you don't wear anymore and leave with a crochetted sprout to hang on the xmas tree!
All contributions welcome and anything left unswapped will be donated to the local community pantry.
