A guided ecstatic dance and movement meditation ritual exploring release, liberation and community energy.

I keep thinking about Fission as a metaphor for what can happen when we release what we've been holding inside. What if the energy we've been using to contain ourselves could be freed up for something else? What if breaking open isn't just letting go, but about creating energy that can be used to transform?

So much of our conditioning teaches us to contain ourselves, to be agreeable, to stay quiet, to keep our anger manageable, to make other people comfortable. But where has that ever gotten us really?

Perhaps the next step isn't just individual release. It's discovering how that newly liberated energy can connect us, inspire us, and move through the community. In fission, the energy released can set off a chain reaction. What might that look like in a room full of people expressing freely, each person giving others permission to do the same?

Last weekend I experienced something like this at Root. The vibration of love moved through the room in a way I had not experienced before. We became a living organism, moving and feeling as one. It got me wondering: What if the energy we free within ourselves could become the spark for something bigger than any one of us? Lets see if we can continue this chain reaction and explore what happens next together!

What is Dancing Freedom? A Practice of liberation Dancing Freedom is a monthly guided movement meditation—a living ritual that carries us through the sacred elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether .

We don't just dance with these elements—we remember them within us. In our bones, in our breath, in the quiet, ancient depths of our being. Earth grounds us, water softens and flows, fire ignites and transforms, air opens and expands, and ether invites us into the mystery of the unseen. As we move, we awaken to the truth that we are not separate from these forces—we are them.

Each month offers a new theme, a subtle thread to follow—guiding us gently toward healing, toward deeper listening, toward a more honest expression of the body's wisdom.

This is a practice of liberation. A somatic, ecstatic, and shamanic journey that supports the unfolding of living oneness—within ourselves and with each other.

All are welcome here. Every age, every body, every color, every gender, every path. No experience is needed—only a willingness to arrive as you are.

When we gather, we enter in peace—co-creating a space of presence, transformation, and belonging. A space where movement becomes medicine, and community becomes a remembering. we come to know who we already are.
