This is an open course of small group learning (max 10 delegates), giving an opportunity to learn alongside peers.
Three workshop sessions
Workshop 1, Wednesday 16th September, will include Leadership & Management fundamentals, Delegation, productivity, employment law.
Workshop 2, Wednesday 14th October, will include workplace scenarios, objective setting, giving feedback, having difficult conversations and performance management.
Workshop 3, Wednesday 18th November will include strategic thinking, managing change and managing individual and team motivation.
