In a world of political spin, misinformation, and competing versions of the truth, what we say, and what we really mean, has never felt more relevant. From the language of those in power to the stories we tell ourselves, DOUBLESPEAK explores how words can deceive, persuade, provoke and reveal.

DOUBLESPEAK isn't about preserving the classics, it’s about getting dirty, asking questions and discovering what these timeless stories can tell us about the world we're living in now.

About 13th Night Theatre Company 13th Night Theatre Company is a London based theatre company championing emerging artists and fresh approaches to classical theatre. Founded on the belief that the classics belong to everyone, we create space for early career creatives to experiment, challenge convention and bring new perspectives to old stories.

We're here to make the old feel new, the familiar feel strange, and the classics feel a little less untouchable.
