Anna Skrzypek. Transparencies

Van Rij Gallery in Krakow invites you to the solo exhibition Transparencies by Anna Skrzypek, presenting a body of paintings rooted in personal experiences, memories, and relationships with women who are close to the artist. Balancing on the boundary between abstraction and figuration, Skrzypek creates works that do not reveal their meanings immediately. Fragments of bodies, plants, animals, and objects emerge from blurred forms and ambiguous shapes, forming a multilayered narrative about memory, interconnectedness, and the ways we perceive the world.
