Practical class for new parents on labour, coping strategies and early days with a baby; one ticket admits parent plus support person
1 ticket will admit 2 people - you and your support person.
This class will focus on labour, coping strategies and early days with your baby.
Parking is limited at the back of the centre. Please be mindful to bring one car per family where possible.
Nearest train station: East Worthing or Worthing Central.
Please bring along with you: a birthing ball, a cushion, snacks and a refillable water bottle.
Unfortunately children will not be able to attend due to spacing.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel so that your slot can be given to another person.
