Gentle slow flow, yin and yoga nidra with Emmalene, set to live ritualistic-jazz by Final Final.
Movement, sound & deep rest: slow flow, yin & nidra with Emmalene, accompanied live by Final Final.
Harmonising movement and sound, a recharging slow flow > yin > nidra guided by Emmalene + live ritualistic-jazz by Final Final.
Guided by Emmalene Vidot , we'll move through a gentle slow flow, soften into nourishing Yin postures, and close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation.
This practice will be accompanied by Final Final, a ritualistic-jazz trio featuring Immy Owusu (drums), Midas Sarabia (bass), and Joshua Maxwell de Hoog (saxophone). Known for their energetic and improvisational live shows, Final Final bring full-bodied sound, unique tonalities, and a globally influenced rhythm that responds to the energy of the room, curating an immersive and transformative experience.
Together, movement, meditation, and music weave into a dynamic journey — from gentle activation to deep rest.
