Seeing a black bear in Florida is a thrilling experience. The sighting of these large predators in your neighborhood is not always a threat to your safety. But it is important to remember that bears are wild animals and deserve respect.
These three informational sessions will show how to bear-proof your home, discourage visits to your neighborhood and respond to bears in the wild. Learn about bear management, conservation efforts and how to get involved with wildlife support organizations.
