TicketPlan- ST

Tickets are non-refundable, but TicketPlan gives you the option to apply for a refund in certain unexpected situations. TicketPlan is an optional add-on (not an insurance policy) administered by TicketPlan, not Capital Theatres.

It costs £2 per ticket, per performance, and must be added when booking. If you’re booking multiple events, TicketPlan must be added to each separately.
