Four bands bridging Britpop, punk, funk and alt-rock rock the Dublin Castle stage for a proper good party night.
possibly named with the whacky rocknroll antics of the highly entertaining singer in mind, or perhaps because they're packed full of nutritious riffs, this band bridge Britpop, punk and alt rock and give an ace party performance.
Irene - fabulous Freach alt-rock two-piece featuring slowburning tunes in the vein of Radiohead, also shades of Dinosaur Jr and Sonic Youth, et bien marche.
Mechanicals - recently released debut single 'Sweet Lover' which was played on Meridian FM /Deal Radio, and more songs due to be released soon! "Great Rock Band! Really solid! Really good singer!" (Rough Edges)
The Januarys - slippery, slinky funk with groovy rock and blues overtones and lots of syncopated pizzazz. A collective keeping it cool. And what's more chilled than Januarys?
