Elevate Activate
A working morning for community leaders with Dr Maxwell Holland — purpose, culture and strategy sessions for your organisation.
Activating Change MakersA one-day working event for leaders who carry their communities. Across South Africa, leaders carry a vision to build their organisations and lift their people, often without the tools to do it. Elevate Activate is where that changes. Hosted by Dr Maxwell Holland, founder of The 4Change Foundation and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Embassy — this is not a conference you sit through.
It's a working morning where you get clear on the three things every leader must own: purpose, culture and strategy. You'll leave with the tools to grow your organisation, develop your people, and connect your community to brand partners who invest directly in them, restoring dignity and moving people from Sustenance to Significance. Whether you lead a church, a school, an NPO, a sports club or a business, Elevate Activate is where your mission gets its engine.
What the morning looks like:Session 1 — Purpose and vision: Get clear on why you lead, and where you're taking your people. Session 2 — Culture: Identify and build the values your organisation runs on. Session 3 — Strategy: Turn vision and culture into a plan you can execute on Monday. Seats are limited to 150 so every leader gets real attention. Register now — take your place, and activate the change maker in you.
Elevate Activate is an initiative of The 4Change Foundation — equipping youth, businesses, and community leaders for nation transformation since 2008.
