Weekly 2–3 hour somatic stretching class exploring long-form partner-supported stretches; RSVP required, sliding funds available.

A class on the co-regulatory effects of long-form stretches in groups. Get deeper into your body and learn how to support others as they do the same; expanding bodily possibilities with help from your peers. 2–3 hours per session.
Every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Beginners need to arrive on time for an induction to the practice. Advanced practitioners stretch at their own pace.
