Writers' Studio

The Writers' Studio is a critique group for local writers and aspiring authors. Would you like some feedback on a piece you've written? Come join us, we'd love to hear it! Our goal is to offer positive criticism in a friendly, collaborative environment.

At our meetings, each author is allowed ten minutes to read their work, followed by ten minutes of feedback from the group. We've critiqued works of fiction and nonfiction, biographies, memoirs, poetry, and more! (We even self-published our own anthology—check out "Tales of the Ten-Minute Club" at the Library.) Our only requirement is that material presented to the Studio should be appropriate for a general audience and the OLPGN Library.
