Write to Win
Meet your neighbors and handwrite postcards to key voters to drive turnout in the upcoming elections.
Join People Powered Maine to meet your neighbors ready to do the work with you. Building grassroots power happens face-to-face with people who share your values. Come for 20 minutes or stay for the whole two hours. All materials, postcard lists, and writing supplies will be provided.
What we'll do together:
Connect & Reflect: Share experiences with neighbors, process thoughts on upcoming elections, and discuss local strategy.
Write & Mobilize: Handwrite postcards to key voters who we have had conversations with at their doors to drive turnout.
People Powered Maine is an independent, volunteer-led 501(c)(4) building a permanent grassroots organizing group in Maine, county by county. We organize year-round around a seven-point economic and human-rights platform.
