Wine 102 is a guided tasting experience in the intimate setting of our Cloudcroft Tasting Room — designed for curious sippers who want to understand wine on their own terms. No flashcards. No intimidating tasting notes. No pressure to be right.

Over a curated flight of Noisy Water wines, you'll learn to read a wine from the ground up — why acidity makes some wines feel bright and refreshing while tannins give others their weight and depth, what people actually mean when they describe a wine as "smooth," "crisp," or "full-bodied," and how structure and balance shape every sip from start to finish.

We'll help you identify what's happening on your palate so you can quickly recognize your own preferences and understand why certain varietals speak to you more than others. This is wine education the way it should be: relaxed, social, and built around your palate. Whether you're building on what you learned in Wine 101 or just ready to go a little deeper, Wine 102 gives you the vocabulary and confidence to trust what's in your glass. Tickets are $25.
