Veterans Program
Annual Veterans Program with a wreath laying at Friendship Cemetery, guest speakers, a jet dragster display, hot rod cruise and free sandwiches.
Join us at Historic Friendship Church for our annual Veterans Program. Beginning at 2:45 pm in the cemetery we will hold a wreath laying ceremony honoring the Revolutionary War soldiers buried at Friendship. The Veterans Program will begin at 3:00 pm in the church with several guest speakers including Fred Banner and Marco Polo Smigliani. The Jersey Attitude jet dragster will be on display in recognition of our military.
Car guys and gals are invited to bring their hot rods and old rides out for an informal car cruise to honor and thank our veterans. Complimentary sandwiches will be served following the program. Donations will be accepted for the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation, The Millville Air Museum, and VFW Post 1259 Honor Guard.
Historic Friendship Church and cemetery are located at the corner of Friendship Road and Weymouth Road in Landisville, NJ, next to Buena Regional High School. For more information call 609-636-7504.
