Georgian Shores Concert Band presents "Triumphant Light" at the King's Wharf Theatre on Dec 5th, 2026.
Join the Georgian Shores Concert Band in our season opener as we transform winter’s darkness into a beacon of hope as we welcome the arrival of the holiday season. Frank Ticheli’s masterwork, Angels in the Architecture, anchors an impressive musical journey spanning an epic battle of good versus evil told through some of the greatest works for wind band of all time. ***Audience Advisory Concert Program Warning Please be advised that Bukvich’s Symphony 1 contain intense musical passages, sudden loud percussion, and unconventional vocal effects designed to depict conflict. These moments may be startling for sensitive listeners or young children. Atmospheric lighting and dramatic soundscapes are integral to this performance.
