Transcendence is a guided dance experience for collective liberation and transcending darkness and heaviness. A movement workshop for all bodies and people who crave deeper connection — with each other, your heart and something bigger than you. For those who feel affected by the world and who care about being part of change.
As a sensitive soul herself, Grace will be guiding each participant in a safe and loving way to explore mindful embodiment, let go of some sh!t, and enjoy the collective pounding of hearts and feet to the same beat.
Grace is a professional dancer and well-known and loved yoga teacher, recently returned to Magandjin/Brisbane after being based in Sydney's inner west. Now at West End Yoga, Grace worked as a yoga teacher at some of Sydney's best studios and strives to offer and express creatively with heart and compassion.
