Topless Teaparty

What happens when women gather in a space where we can let go of the stories we've been taught about our bodies — and simply come home to them?

Topless Teaparty is an intimate afternoon of connection, embodied practice, storytelling and creativity. A space to explore our relationship with our breasts and bodies with curiosity, tenderness and love.

This is an invitation to slow down and bring loving attention to a part of the body that can carry so much — pleasure, nourishment, sexuality, identity, motherhood, grief, shame, pride, change and memory.

You will be invited to release your armour, and share the story of your body - not the ones about perfect relationship to self, but the real, vulnerable parts...

The moments that shaped us. The things we were taught to hide. The ways our bodies have changed. The shame we've carried. The moments we've felt powerful, beautiful, disconnected, betrayed or at home.

There is no right story to tell, and no particular way you need to feel about your body.

Just women, sitting together, witnessing one another without judgement or comparison.

Following the sharing circle we will move into a guided self massage practice inspired by ancient Taoist techniques to support your breast health and connection.

And then we'll create!

Using the beautiful, unique form of the breast as inspiration, you'll be guided to make your own bosom-inspired vessel — a playful and meaningful piece of art to take home with you.

What to expect:

You don't need to love your body to come.

You don't need to feel completely comfortable in your skin.

You don't need to have anything figured out.

You simply need to come as you are.

This is a space for vulnerability without judgement, nudity without performance, and connection without comparison.

A space to remember that your body is not a problem to solve.

It is yours.

Come for the tea. Come for the stories. Come for the creativity. Come to meet yourself — and one another — a little more tenderly.

And leave a little more at home in your body. 🌸

On the day: Wear comfortable clothing that makes you feel good in your body, you may like to bring with you a shawl or some kind of covering for your comfort Totally optional, but feel free to bring a small plate to share with the group Tea, cacao, some light nibbles and all crafting materials will be provided

This gathering is for women and includes a guided breast massage practice and a topless sharing circle. All participation is invitational, and you are always welcome to honour your own boundaries.
