An immersive 9D relaxation journey to soothe the nervous system and release tension at Showcase the Street.
We are holding taster sessions at Showcase the Street prior to the opening of our new premises in Kinghorne Road. Come along for an immersive 9D journey that soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and brings the body and mind back into harmony.
Mat, blankets and eye masks will be provided but if you need extra support to lie down for the whole class then please bring a pillow and/or extra blanket for your own comfort.
