At the iwibdus Talent Showcase last year, more than 70 people joined us for an evening that was about much more than networking. It was about exchange. As one guest put it: “I came expecting to listen, but I left inspired to act.”

In this year's Talent Showcase , the ripple continues.

Part one : eight stories. Eight women from the iwibdus community take the stage with short, personal talks about curiosity, courage and change. Not polished keynotes, but real journeys that will make you nod, laugh and see your own path a little differently.

Part two : networking with a purpose. On our Ripple Wall, everyone shares two things: something they can offer, and something they’re looking for. Then the conversations begin.

Not sure what you could offer? Start small. Last year’s wall was filled with offers of coffee chats, mentorship and job introductions, alongside requests for guidance, feedback, encouragement or simply the right contact. Everyone has something to give, often more than they think.

Come with one offer and one ask, and leave with new connections, fresh ideas and maybe your next opportunity.
