Take the Mic

Take the Mic is your chance to step up, share your gift in an uplifting Christian environment.

Take The Mic is a faith-centred open mic night created to provide a platform for Christian creatives across East London and Essex.

Bringing together singing, spoken word and rap, the evening offers a welcoming, community-focused space where artists can glorify Jesus through creative expression and where everyone is encouraged to be inspired, connect and celebrate faith together.

Join us at Zero 7 , the award-winning Nigerian restaurant in the heart of Hornchurch. We've got the food covered too— £10 from every ticket goes towards your purchase of the incredible cuisine on offer, making it the perfect opportunity to enjoy great food alongside an unforgettable evening of live performances.

Whether you're a seasoned performer or your biggest audience is in the shower, we'd love to hear you. Sign up, take the mic, and use your gift to bless others.
