Helping Unincorporated Residents Save Energy & Water!

The County of San Diego's Climate Action Plan (CAP) Team is excited to offer residents of unincorporated San Diego County the chance to borrow Do-It-Yourself Toolkits at no cost to save energy and water at home. Participants will also receive giveaway items to keep, including LED lightbulbs, a low-flow showerhead, weatherstripping, and more!

Visit Borrego Springs Library on 10/6 and 10/13 to check out a toolkit & receive a tote bag with giveaway items (while supplies last). Bring the toolkit home to explore your energy & water use with the tools provided & discover simple ways to save. Return the toolkit & all contents to the same location on 10/13 or 10/20.
